A Journey to Stillness Retreat

The Restoration Hotel has partnered with the wellness team at stillspace Charleston, the Holy City's only dedicated meditation and sound healing studio, to embark on a restorative three-day retreat to renew, recharge, and reset for a healthy new year. Set against the historical backdrop of Charleston and the intentionally designed and appointed Restoration Hotel, this experience will immerse your mind, body, and soul in a series of holistic sessions, including sound baths, gentle yoga, mindfulness, walking tours, community meals, and more. One slow weekend curated for a more intentional way of life.
